Refund policy

• Handmade Product Disclaimer:

Every product is handcrafted in small batches using natural, often garden-grown, ingredients. Because of this:

• Color, scent, texture, and appearance may vary slightly from batch to batch and from the photos on the Site. This is a feature of handmade goods, not a defect.
• Natural ingredients (botanicals, essential oils, milks, butters) can shift in tone or fragrance strength over time.
• Cure times, weights, and dimensions are approximate.

 

Returns & Refunds Because our products are handmade personal care items, all sales are final with the following exception:

• • Damaged or defective items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at CashmereApothecary@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will, at our discretion, send a replacement or issue a refund.
  • Claims made after 7 days cannot be honored.
  • We do not accept returns for change of mind, scent preference, skin reaction, or used/opened products.

Due to the nature of the items all seals must be intact in order to return them. If we sent you the wrong item or if there is a problem with your order please let us know and we will decide on a case by case basis. Thank you for your understanding
